Protruded upper anteriors – fixed metal braces

This little girl has visited me with her mother, she was suffering from the protrusion of her front teeth, which affected her psyche and smile; in addition to its negative impact on her pronunciation
After examining the case, I found that the upper of her front teeth were 8 mm of her lower front teeth, which is a large distance (normal to be 1 to 2 mm). The parents refused the option of tooth extraction, because of her young age, so I solved the problem without extraction because the main problem was caused by the retraction of the lower jaw I fixed it simply with a functional device

At the end of the treatment, the problem of the eruption was corrected and our friend has got back her smile with confidence again.
