This young man has visited me complaining of several problems, the most important of which is the lack of alignment of his teeth well, and his inability to smile comfortably. In addition, he lost one of his lower back teeth. 
He asked me to address his problems, but he wanted to close the place of the missing tooth without dental implants or make a bridge, by pulling the back teeth with the orthodontic forward and placing them in the place of the missing tooth. 
In the end, I used fixed braces for the treatment, and my friend has got his confident smile back!
